Bulk Road is a road of lovely stone built terraced houses just a few minutes from the Sugar House and the big Sainsburys. The house is newly renovated and has a washer and tumble dryer, two fridge/freezers and the usual 32” flat screen TV. The downstairs has a cosy living and dining room with leather sofas and the kitchen has all the usual cooking facilities.

The shower room has a new shower with tiled walls and floor, really lovely. The bedrooms are in typical top dog style with double beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, and desk with computer chair and all rooms are nicely carpeted. The back garden has a locked gate leading to a back lane access so ideal for cyclists and bike storage.

This house is one we often keep for post grads but we are flexible on that.
